Abstract
Terms such as quality of work have been adopted, which implies the constant progress in the work of employees to achieve corporate quality. This involves the relationship between the work environment and the emotional well-being of people, which has been seen in large and small companies in Colombia, seeking to improve the quality of life of employees and ensure that they develop professionally, personally and as a family. These experiences are reflected in greater employee motivation, which increases productivity. The objective of the literary review is to identify relevant authors who allude to concepts surrounding the topic of Quality of Work Life.
As a methodology and technique, an analysis of the concepts that were relevant to the review and that address issues of Quality of Work was carried out. For this, the consistency table was used as a tool, which provided a deeper analysis of the literary review. The results allowed us to identify relevant elements that participate in the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the human being within an organization, which are not contemplated by employers. This is how a model of labor well-being leads to motivation.
